Overview

The major goal of this service is to make digital currency exchanging easy for you. You can deposit any of the currency allowed with us, exchange it in the market to another currency of your choice, and then request to withdraw it. However, some may decide to make money by trading their currencies instead of exchanging and withdrawing. While this is allowed, please remember to report any profits made to local tax authorities whenever applicable, and be aware that loses can be incurred if the currency you are keeping loses value. You can make gain by buying a digital currency at lower rate and listing it for sale at a much higher rate. Because rate of exchange fluctuates, the currency you listed at a higher value could be sold anytime if the market moves in your favour. You may do this over and over again to increase your gains.

Registration & Verification

You must have a working email address to be able to register. After initiating registration, go to your email to verify it. Then complete the registration and confirm your phone number. You can click on the MENU » Verification to complete name and address verification. You will also have to get a PIN which is a second factor that secures your transactions. Anytime you lose your password or PIN, you can get new ones if you have access to the account email address and phone number respectively.
If you encounter issues during verification, simply click on MENU » Account & Funds, then scroll down and use the support field. We shall get back to you in less than 24 hours.

Deposit

After verification, you can fund your account without restrictions. Simply click on MENU » Account & Funds, then scroll to Deposit. Select the currency, amount, enter PIN and continue. Follow the instructions to complete your deposit. Once you have made the deposit, please go to the deposit request and update it. We shall credit you in less than 24 hours except on weekends.
If you encounter issues during deposit, simply click on the support link in that particular deposit and write. We shall get back to you in less than 24 hours.

Withdrawal

You can withdraw funds from your account at anytime. Simply click on MENU » Account & Funds, then scroll to Withdrawal. Select the currency, amount, enter PIN and continue. Follow the instructions to enter the details where funds should be sent. We will send your fund within 24 hours except on weekends.
If you encounter issues during withdrawal, simply click on the support link in that particular withdrawal and write. We shall get back to you in less than 24 hours.

Transactions and Transfers

Every debit and credit of any currency is logged in your account. If you have issues with any debit or credit that occurs in your account, please feel free to write to us about it. Click on MENU » Account & Funds, then scroll to Transactions. Customer-to-Customer transfer is also possible if sender is verified. Details of transfers can be found via MENU » Account & Funds » Transfers. Summary of every transaction is sent once a day to account email.
If you have issues with any transaction, simply click on the support link in that particular transaction and write. We shall get back to you in less than 24 hours.

Exchange Market

Customers with funds in their account can change it to any currency of choice by simply going into the exchange market they prefer. We charge no commission to both maker and taker most of the time. If any fee is required for any exchange, it will be written out before you place an order. When you list a currency for sale, it is debited from your account and once it is sold, the exchnaged currency is credited automatically. You can decide to cancel any listing at anytime via MENU » Account & Funds » Exchanges » View Details » Cancel & Get Refund.
If you have issues with any exchange batch, simply click on the support link in that particular transaction and write. We shall get back to you in less than 24 hours.

PIN and Phone

To carry out many transactions, you will need a PIN. Your PIN is sent to your account phone number only after you have verified your phone number. If you need to change a verified phone number, you will need to write to Support for proper verification to take place. If you forget a PIN, just make sure you still have access to the phone number and that DND is not activated on the phone. You will get an SMS with a new PIN as soon as you request it.
If you have issues receiving SMS and would need to change your phone number, simply write support to help you get things done.
